Toronto Public Health is Expanding its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Operations

Toronto to ramp up COVID-19 vaccine clinic operations in response to Omicron.

The Toronto Public Health is expanding its COVID-19 vaccine clinic operations at Eglinton and Front streets to meet a growing demand for these services.

The vaccine clinic is currently operating in a window-less basement at Queen Street West and is available for those patients who do not have health insurance.

The clinic is operated by the Toronto Public Health vaccine clinic team, who are the health professionals responsible for providing COVID-19 vaccine coverage for the City of Toronto.

The clinic opened on March 28. The clinic is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

If you are seeking vaccine services, you can call 647-287-1020 to speak with someone about accessing the vaccine clinic.

The clinic also offers free vaccines for seniors, Indigenous Peoples, medically underserved populations, and others.

This is an urgent measure to help our most vulnerable and prevent the spread of COVID-19 through our COVID-19 vaccine clinic operations. We know vaccines are not a cure for COVID-19 and we understand vaccine clinics may not be an option at this time for those that need them most. We are doing our best to ensure that those who may need vaccine clinics are able to access them as quickly as possible.

Over the last few weeks, we asked Toronto to ramp up vaccine clinic operations to support those that may not be able to access the vaccine clinic on their own. We are proud to announce that we are able to provide COVID-19 vaccine services to all of our community members through our COVID-19 vaccine clinic operations.

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we believe the expansion of these services will be an additional benefit to our vulnerable populations. The expansion to our vaccine clinic operations will be an essential tool to fight this virus, especially at this time of uncertainty where we do not know how long these measures will be in place. We are still gathering information to support the expansion of the clinic and we hope to see our community in a positive way.

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19
